At Manners, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality and timeless style; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any existing barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund once our quality control team inspects the return.
